HVAC/R International Inc. (HVAC) and Applied Cooling Equipment (ACE) are excited to announce the creation of HVAC Equipment Sales LLC (HES)., a new joint venture Manufacturer’s Rep firm focused on providing an array of superior products and services to the Mechanical Equipment arena in South Florida.
The HES team is comprised of experienced mechanical engineers, technical sales engineers, application engineers, service technicians, and management personnel with over 100 years of industry experience. HES represents a combined capability greater than the sum of its parts. Together, HVAC’s experience as the Master Distributor for Dunham Bush and ACE as the Petra Distributor along with their long-standing ties in the South Florida region will enable HES to provide a superior complete package for any project.
About HVAC/R
HVAC has been incorporated in the State of Florida since 2001. Principal owners Eric Hogan, Justin Hogan, and Noel Garcia have been the Master Distributor for Dunham Bush since 2008. HVAC and Dunham Bush teamed up to build a 120,000 square foot factory recently completed in Homestead, FL. The complete line of equipment will be phased in over a period of two years and built in Homestead. The first products to roll out will be Air Cooled Scroll Chillers, CS3 AHU and DCLC-M water cooled magnetic bearing chiller. There will be a stocking plan for both products and will be able to serve the South Florida market with incredible quality and lead times.
